Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale:

• Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control.

How to Start a Return

1. • If requesting a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please include photos.

     Email us at info@irezumiempire.com with your Order Number.

      

2.            We’ll confirm your request and provide return instructions.

3. • Items must be packed carefully to avoid damage in transit.

   • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

     Ship your item back, including your Order Number and Name inside the package.

      

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Partial refunds may apply if:

• Items are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

• Items are returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@irezumiempire.com and we’ll exchange it for a replacement at no cost to you.

Failed Deliveries / Non-Pickup

Irezumi Empire is not responsible for:

• Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• Failed delivery attempts caused by the customer not being available, not answering delivery notifications, or not collecting packages from local courier pickup points.

• Abandoned packages that remain unclaimed after courier notifications.

In such cases, the order will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Important Notes

• Return shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

• Missing items or claims for damaged packages must be reported with photos or video taken upon opening the package.
