Return Policy

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We are fully committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure that you are happy with ever aspect of your order. We are confident that you will love our products as much as we do.

However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product that is in the original packaging within 14 days after its delivery. We will be happy to refund the purchase amount to your card.

NOTE: Return Shipping fee is not included.


To help us expedite your return request, please follow the simple steps listed below:

  1. Send us an email at irezumiempire@gmail.com to let us know that you plan to return the product.
  2. Make sure to include your Order Number, if you’re requesting for a replacement, please include a photo of the damaged, defective or wrong item.
  3. We will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
  4. Ship the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return.  We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us.  Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
  5. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  6. We regret that return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. 
 
SHIPPING COST
Irezumi Empire does not cover return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective or wrong items. Should you prefer to return the item/s, we recommend that you ship the item/s via trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 

REFUND/ PARTIAL REFUND

I. REFUND
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt of such returned items. We will also notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the event that you still haven’t received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Thereafter, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all that is mentioned above, and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
II. PARTIAL REFUND
There are certain situations wherein only partial refunds are granted
a. Any item/s not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
b. Any item/s that is returned for more that 14 days after receipt of delivery.  

EXCHANGE
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us immediately after receiving your product to begin the process.
