SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Irezumi Empire cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, and the same.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES

And because the situation is complex and constantly developing, our delivery times have changed, there may be delays due to certain conditions at the Local Post Offices. Nevertheless, we will endeavor to do our best to keep the information up to date. Rest assured that we are following the situation closely, if anything changes, we’ll notify you through email or SMS.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Irezumi Empire ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped out, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) should be active within 48 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Irezumi Empire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Irezumi Empire shall not liable for any products damaged or lost during or caused by shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
