Shipping & Delivery Information

 Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipment. In some cases, processing may take longer due to product availability or peak seasons (holidays, collection launches, etc.). Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day.

Once checkout is complete, shipping information may only be updated within 24–48 hours of placing your order. After this window, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking will first update when the package leaves our origin country (usually after 7–12 days).

  • Updates will appear again once the package enters your country’s customs or is received by your local courier.

  • If tracking does not update after 15–20 days, please contact us at support@irezumiempire.com. Please note that in most cases the order is still in transit and awaiting customs or local courier updates.

Worldwide Shipping Options & Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75 USD.

  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 12–20 business days after processing time.

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer (up to 15–30 days) due to multiple courier transfers.

  • We do ship to P.O. boxes, however we strongly recommend using a residential address. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages shipped to P.O. boxes.

International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight. Please note that in some countries, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender / Abandoned Packages

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Irezumi Empire at the customer’s expense.

  • Couriers may sometimes require the customer to pick up their package at a local facility. If the customer does not respond to courier notifications or emails regarding this, the package may be marked as abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • International customers who refuse or fail to claim their package will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any duties or taxes incurred. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Packages held at customs for more than 30 days may be deemed abandoned, with no refund or exchange available.

Damaged, Opened, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or missing items:

  • Please take clear photos and a video while opening the package to document the issue.

  • Submit a claim with the courier and contact us at support@irezumiempire.com so we can assist.
